Purpose & Commitment

This Long-Term Community Access & Conduct Policy Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the binding terms, conditions, and behavioral expectations governing participation in our educational and trading community. By accessing or utilizing the platform and its associated services, all members agree to comply with this Agreement, which is designed to uphold a respectful, secure, and intellectually productive environment. Ongoing access is conditional upon continued compliance, and this Agreement may be revised periodically to reflect evolving community standards and operational needs.

1. Subscription & Access Requirements

1.1 Subscription Requirement for Platform Access

  • Access to community features—including live sessions, instructional materials, forums, and exclusive resources—is restricted to members with an active, verified subscription.

  • Incomplete or pending subscriptions will result in access denial until payment is received and successfully processed.

  • It is the responsibility of each member to maintain an up-to-date subscription to avoid disruptions in access.

1.2 Tiered Access to Features and Materials

  • Basic Plan: Grants access to foundational educational content. Proprietary tools, such as premium indicators, are excluded.

  • Extended Plans (3/6/12-month plans and above): Include advanced tools, proprietary indicators, mentorship modules, and access to archived content.

  • Downgrading or cancellation of an existing plan will immediately revoke access to features exclusive to higher tiers, without exception.

2. Content Access & Delivery Structure

2.1 Time-Based Content Delivery

  • 30-Day Memberships: Provide access to four (4) weeks of progressive, structured content delivered on a weekly schedule.

  • Extended Memberships: Unlock deeper content repositories, including legacy resources, advanced educational modules, and expanded mentorship.

  • Content is delivered on a phased timeline to promote structured learning and long-term retention.

2.2 No Retroactive Content Access

  • Members who join mid-cycle will not receive prior weeks’ materials unless explicitly granted via archive access or extended-tier benefits.

  • Missed content due to expired or inactive subscriptions will not be reinstated upon renewal unless otherwise stated.

3. Community Conduct & Enforcement Policy

3.1 Zero-Tolerance Behavioral Standards

All members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all interactions across the platform, including:

  • Public and private chats

  • Direct messages (DMs)

  • Webinar discussions, live Q&A sessions, and comment threads

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, threats, or targeted personal attacks

  • Spamming, unauthorized solicitation, or off-topic promotion

  • Sharing or distributing confidential, proprietary, or copyrighted content without permission

3.2 Disciplinary Measures

Violations of conduct standards will result in the following escalating enforcement actions:

  • First Violation: Formal warning and a temporary suspension (ranging from 7 to 30 days).

  • Second Violation: Permanent removal from the community, revocation of all benefits, and termination of access without refund.

  • Severe Violations: May result in immediate and permanent expulsion. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, fraud, threats of violence, or dissemination of malicious content.

4. Community Engagement & Support

4.1 Encouraged Member Participation

Members are encouraged to contribute positively by:

  • Asking questions, seeking clarification, and engaging in respectful discussion.

  • Sharing valuable insights or strategies, provided they align with community guidelines and are free from promotional intent.

4.2 Moderation & Oversight

  • Community moderators and senior team members actively facilitate dialogue and ensure order.

  • They reserve the right to remove disruptive content and escalate incidents to the administrative team for formal review.

5. Policy Amendments & Ongoing Accountability

  • This Agreement is subject to updates. Members will be provided at least 30 days’ notice of any substantial revisions, communicated via email and/or platform announcements.

  • Continued use of the platform following any policy updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

  • Members are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically to remain informed of their obligations.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By maintaining an active subscription and engaging with the community, you:

  • Affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

  • Acknowledge that violations may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including permanent removal without refund.

  • Commit to fostering a collaborative, respectful, and constructive environment for all participants.
